Large Acacia Board 18”x 12.5”x 1.5”

 Butcher Block board made with Acacia wood 

Reversible board with routed juice groove on one side and flat underside with routed finger slots 

 18”  long x 12.5” deep x 1.5” thick

Acacia is not as dense as normal butcher block style boards but the lack of density helps preserve sharp knife edge

Sealed with salad bowl oil, then finished with wax and mineral oil 

Each board is custom made so sizes and appearance vary slightly with each board
